CMS Updated ABN Form

CMS has approved an updated Advance Beneficiary Notice of Noncoverage (ABN) form. Please be sure you are using the most current Form CMS-R-131 when having your Medicare patients sign a waiver.  Notice:  This new form has (Exp. 03/2020) in the bottom left corner.
